Uz pomoć ovog recepta ćeš s lakoćom spraviti hrskav i ukusan gratinirani krumpir

Tjestenina i riža izvrstan su prilog mnogim jelima – i volimo ih! Međutim, ponekad nam je potrebna promjena, zar ne? Zbog toga ti donosimo recept za ukusni gratinirani krumpir - prilog koji će oduševiti svako nepce! 

Sastojci: 

• 800 g krumpira

• maslac 

• 125 ml mlijeka 

• 125 ml vrhnja

• papar

• sol

• muškatni oraščić

• 100 g sira

Priprema: 

• Nareži krumpir na tanke ploške. 

• Premaži veći kalup za složenac maslacem te poslaži unutra krumpir. 

• Pomiješaj mlijeko, vrhnje, papar, sol i muškatni oraščić te prelij preko krumpira. 

• Na kraju pospi sve sirom. 

• Peci oko 40 minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 200 stupnjeva.
